Dr Joshua Hatch listening to a patient's individual health priorities

Bespoke & personalised medicine · Brisbane

Bespoke medicine. A plan built around you.

Personalised preventive and longevity care means understanding your history, choosing investigations with purpose and building a plan that fits your life. One accountable doctor, from assessment to follow-through.

Private, face-to-face care in Brisbane, Australia.

Personalised medicine

Your risks and priorities shape the plan.

At Opse Health, bespoke medicine describes care tailored to the individual. Two people of the same age may have different family histories, symptoms, previous results and goals. Those differences should influence what is investigated, how findings are interpreted and what happens next. Your doctor brings the information together before recommending a pathway.

  • Your medical history, family history and existing results
  • The health and function you want to protect
  • Your preferences when weighing screening benefits and limitations
  • Practical constraints including time, sleep, stress, pain and movement

A personalised health plan

Clear priorities, with room to change.

A useful plan tells you what matters now, what can wait and when to review it. Opse Baseline establishes a risk profile and staged next steps. Further care can integrate investigation results, refine screening choices and support implementation over time. The recommendation may also be to stop after Baseline if that meets your needs.

  • Risk assessment and a staged diagnostic roadmap
  • Investigation choices explained before you decide
  • Results interpreted alongside your wider health picture
  • Documented decisions and planned review points

Private medical care

Continuity is part of the service.

Personalisation continues after the first consultation. New results, symptoms and changes in circumstances can alter the plan. Opse's ongoing programs provide a defined review cadence, medical interpretation and coordination. The level of care is agreed through the program you choose, with inclusions and fees set out on the Programs page.

Concierge medicine enquiries

Understand the access and support included.

If you are searching for concierge medicine or a private doctor, it helps to compare the actual service commitments. Opse Kuro provides monthly doctor reviews, priority booking windows, priority triage for abnormal results, proactive coordination and specialist navigation. Between-visit support is defined and bounded. Care remains face-to-face in Brisbane and applications are assessed for suitability and available places.

  • 12 structured doctor reviews per year in Kuro
  • Priority booking windows and proactive coordination
  • Defined between-visit support rather than unlimited availability
  • Diagnostics arranged externally and paid directly to providers

Bespoke and personalised care FAQs

Choosing care

What does bespoke medicine mean at Opse?

It means preventive and longevity care tailored to your history, risks, goals and circumstances. Your doctor recommends investigations and a care pathway based on the decisions that need to be made, with a staged plan and appropriate follow-up.

Is personalised medicine the same as genetic testing?

At Opse, personalised care starts with clinical history, existing results and your priorities. The term does not mean that everyone receives genetic testing or any other specific investigation. Testing is considered when it can help answer a relevant clinical question.

Can I choose a one-off assessment instead of ongoing care?

Yes. Baseline can be a starting point and may be sufficient on its own. Further programs are considered when your risk profile, goals and circumstances justify them. The recommendation is discussed with you.

Does Opse provide unlimited concierge access?

No. Kuro includes priority booking windows, monthly structured reviews and defined between-visit support. Support is bounded by the program, and Opse is not an emergency service.

Where can I see fees for private medical care?

Our Programs page lists the individual care pathways, fees and inclusions. Imaging and diagnostics are separate and paid directly to external providers. You can contact [email protected] to discuss suitability before applying.
