Dr Joshua Hatch and a patient weighing options before testing

Programs & fees · Brisbane

Longevity programs, health assessments and fees.

What you pay for is judgement: deciding what is worth doing, what to weigh before you do it, how to read the results, and how to keep the plan working over time.

Fully private. Diagnostics are completed offsite and paid directly to providers, at cost.

Fees cover the medicine: clinical decisions, interpretation and follow-through.

Intake

Is Opse right for you?

The application helps us assess whether Opse suits your needs and confirm appointment availability. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

The pathway

Start with strategy. Build depth. Then maintain it.

Everyone starts with Baseline. From there the sequence is simple: Baseline, then QuickStart or the full Accelerator, then Governance. You can stop after Baseline or QuickStart if that is all you need, or continue if your risk profile and goals justify it. Standalone consultations (a whole-body MRI review or Menopause Optimisation) are available where they fit better.

What the fee covers

The value is the judgement behind every decision.

The right tests differ from person to person. You pay providers directly, at cost. Our work is the decisions: what to test, what the result means, and what happens next.

  • Risk assessment and prioritisation, separating signal from noise
  • Testing planned in stages: what, when and why
  • Screening you understand before you agree to it, downsides included
  • Results interpreted together, across body systems
  • A clear plan for escalation if something abnormal appears
  • A plan that fits your real constraints: time, pain, sleep and stress
  • Ongoing review, so progress holds

Structure beats motivation.

The Accelerator runs as six face-to-face modules, built for decisions, action and maintenance, in that order. QuickStart covers the first two.

Introduction

The foundation.

Where the relationship starts: a detailed history, your goals, and a shared understanding of what longevity actually means for you — the groundwork every later decision is built on.

Calibration

Signal vs noise.

Your bloods, read properly. We separate signal from noise, map your cardiovascular and cancer risk, and tailor screening to you — never a generic panel.

Resilience

Brain and metabolic resilience.

Your results carried further — into metabolic and neurodegenerative risk — with targeted testing (DEXA, CGM, OGTT, APOE) chosen only where it changes a decision.

Engine

The engine.

Body composition read as a trend (DEXA), and exercise prescribed like medicine: VO₂ max, strength and injury prevention, with the aim of protecting function for decades.

Fuel

Fuel strategy.

Nutrition built on evidence, not fashion: deficiency screening, a plan made with you, and supplements only where they earn their place.

Stability

Executive stability.

The parts that quietly decide the rest — mental and emotional health, and skin — reviewed with clear recommendations, referrals where needed, and follow-through on the whole plan.

Why ongoing review matters

Prevention works when it survives month three.

People start strong, then life happens. Governance is the regular review that keeps decisions current, retesting targeted, and obstacles dealt with before the plan stalls.

Optional tracks

Add-ons, only when they change a decision.

An add-on is recommended only when it would change what we do next.

  • Bone and body composition: DEXA trends (visceral fat, lean mass, bone density) and a fracture-risk strategy
  • Performance: VO₂ max testing, exercise intensification and strength progression
  • Metabolic deep dive: a CGM trial with review, an insulin-resistance strategy, and OGTT where relevant
  • Women's longevity: Menopause Optimisation (priced separately)
